Refunds

Full refunds are processed within 30 days for cancellations or program violations.
Guests requesting a refund must fill out a Refund Form as part of the process.
Guests must also complete a form at the end of the 30 days confirming that they will never book Al Project services again for the rest of their life.

2. Can someone stay for free?

At Al Project, we occasionally offer complimentary stays under specific conditions, strictly based on availability:
Social Media Influencers: Guests with a significant and relevant online presence may stay for free in exchange for promoting their experience.
Proof of Comparable Cost: Guests who can provide evidence of having booked a similar service at an equivalent cost may qualify for a complimentary stay, contingent on their willingness to provide honest feedback and reviews.
Special Cases: We evaluate requests for free stays on a case-by-case basis, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

3. What should I bring to the retreat?

Comfortable clothing, swimwear, personal toiletries, and any medical essentials. A detailed packing list will be provided after booking confirmation. (No need for make up, beauty products, overall products that has been proven to be harmful to human beings)

4. Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Yes, please specify your dietary requirements in the pre-booking questionnaire.

5. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations are free of charge at any time, and refunds will be processed within 30 days.

6. Is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no age restriction if coming with a family member above 18, except for babies under 6 months. Babies older than 6 months are charged as full participants, receiving full service, including a separate room.

7. Can I extend my stay?

Extensions are subject to availability, with priority given to current guests.

8. Is transportation provided?

Yes, Al Project provides pick-up and drop-off services from anywhere in the UAE to anywhere in the UAE, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our guests.

9. What is included in the retreat package?

Each Al Project retreat package includes accommodation, meals, wellness activities, access to on-site facilities, and a personalized itinerary designed to meet your goals. Additional services such as transportation and private sessions can be arranged upon request.
